is seeking Respiratory Therapists to join our growing team. We are a 237- bed, full-service acute care hospital serving Charlotte County and the surrounding areas since 1975. We have a variety of shift opportunities available for qualified candidates, including days and nights.

Position Summary: The Respiratory Therapist will perform all respiratory care related duties. This includes administering both routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages. The Respiratory Therapist is also responsible for the application and operation of acute care ventilators used for continuous short and long-term mechanical ventilation. Respiratory Therapists are expected to be self-directed in the absence of the full-time Team Leader. This individual will maintain all department and hospital records and enter accurate information into the hospital computer for the therapy as given.

   • Current Florida RRT or CRT license required
   • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
       • ACLS & PALS certification required within 6 months of hire
   • Graduate from CoARC accredited Respiratory Care program required
